DLY vertical submersible multi-stage oil pump is a special type of multi-stage centrifugal pump. Widely applicable for transporting various oils and oil-water mixtures with physical or chemical properties similar to clean water in oil extraction plants, chemical plants, refineries, power plants, water plants, etc.

Structural characteristics

This series of pumps is a segmented vertical multi-stage centrifugal oil pump, with a vertical explosion-proof motor that rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end. The medium is sucked in axially from the bottom and horizontally expelled. Easy to install, suitable for outdoor installation operations

The axial force is mainly borne by the balance drum, and a thrust ball bearing is set to balance the residual axial force. The shaft seal adopts a labyrinth throttling pressure reduction method and is sealed with packing to ensure no leakage at the sealing point. A small amount of liquid is discharged back into the suction tank through the overflow pipe.
